Not a single event in itself, aimed at improving safety in an educational institution, does not give a 100% guarantee of success. Only an integrated approach to the use of useful tools will ensure an appropriate level of security in the institution.
The first thing you need is a SAFETY PLAN. The plan should include the activities and actions of staff and students in response to threats caused by any events occurring (or may occur) at the school, in the surrounding area or in the city (fire, air raid, armed attack, conflict between students, between parents).
Moreover, this plan must be conveyed in one form or another to everyone who is in the educational institution. Perhaps the outline of this plan should be posted in a public place.

- the second perimeter - assessment of the infrastructure of the first floor of the building of the educational institution - possible replacement of doors or locks in existing doors, it is possible to install grilles on the windows of the rear side of the building, install a protective film on the glass from the front side or on all the glasses of the first floor, video cameras in critical places.
The most important rule when implementing access control is that the organization of the entrance to the school is carried out only at one secure entry point, turning the main entrance into a guarded, preferably bulletproof vestibule / vestibule.
